An After Picture
We were a little damp |
Larabee State Park is Washington States first state park and covers over 2000+ acres. Their budget gets cuts every year so they rely on volunteers to fill in the holes. This weekend we participated in an Ivy Clearing Event at Larabee State Park held in conjunction with a local geocaching group and their CITO (cache in trash out). Ivy is considered an invasive plant species. We only made a small dent in their parking area but it felt good working with everyone.
