Got this stuck in my head thanks to the masked singer. Today seems hard and May 4 is the extension of our state's stay home order. It is hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. My attitude wasn't the greatest today. Lucky I get a new day tomorrow to have a better attitude.

Made Sour Cream Coffee Cake for Breakfast
Easy Sour Cream Coffee Cake
1 cup chopped pecans 1/8 tsp salt
2 cups flour 1 cup butter
1 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup packed brown sugar 2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon 1 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle pecans in buttered 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Reserve half of the crumb mixture. Add baking soda and eggs to remaining crumb mixture; mix well. Stir in sour cream. Pour over pecans. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake for 35 minutes.

What is going right Today
Hey we had coffee cake and COFFEE for breakfast. Our beans are from Black Rifle Coffee. It is the best coffee.
I sewed 2 face masks. They are janky but they will work.
I got meat out of freezer for dinner.
We had after dinner Pep Music.
