Deep Thoughts
Last Sunday we had a book club author talk. The author was Isabel Wilkerson. We had read the Warmth of Other Suns. It took her 15 years to write this book that deals with the Great Migration. I thought it was a lovely book and incredibly interesting to hear the author talk. My book review was here.
Trash Talk (reflection on picking up trash at the Skate Park)
I really must try Allsup taco sauce. Evidently this was the condiment of choice among skate park goers. It goes great with Mike Hard Lemonades. We also found tongs, windshield wiper, and a bath towel.
