Experimental Cooking

On Saturday night, I decided to try my hand at making zucchini and feta fritters. I have had a jumbo zuke sitting on my counter for a good week.

I come from a long line of experimental chefs. My grandmother was probably the most notorious for experimenting. I think these turned out really delicious though a little prep heavy. I even got both kids to try these of course bribes were involved.
