Last Saturday, we took my Father and Nephew to an Interpretive Program at Birch Bay State Park. Sardis Raptor Center was doing a program, "Hunters of the Sky". Ms Smarty Pants has been volunteering at Sardis.
It was awesome to see the birds. They brought several hawks, owls, and 2 bald eagles. The stories about how the birds came to Sardis were fascinating. We enjoyed all the birds but the two Bald Eagles are definitely the stars. I didn't get a good picture as it was dusk. These Interpretive Programs are free but donations are accepted.
