I was on a baking blitz on Friday. I made these Lemon Love Buns from the King Arthur Flour Baking Banter Blog. They weren't hard to make but not as much lemon flavor as I hoped. I don't know if I had used lemon oil instead of lemon extract if there would of been a difference. The directions were very straight forward. I added a lemon glaze to pump up the lemon flavor.
I also made pizza rolls which everyone enjoyed. This has become a Friday staple.
