I saw this project via pinterest. This project is found at
Kid Artists. The Snowy White Owl is making a rare appearance in our county. MSN had some more
information. I haven't seen any Snowy White Owls yet despite being on the look out. There have been several articles about how they have been spotted out on Sandy Point. I believe there have been 3 spotted out there.
I thought it would be fun to make some snowy owls . The boys even gave this shot. They turned out interesting.
