Deep Thoughts

Sometimes I feel like God, or the Universe is talking to me. I keep running into this idea that Self Care is actually taking responsibility for your own health both mental and physical. I read in Real Simple an article titled "The Self-Care Reset" by Amy Maclin who interview psychiatrist and author of Real Self Care", Pooja Lakshmin. This book is about setting boundaries as a way for supporting your mental health and well-being. Lakshmin says "Real self-care is about making space for -your thoughts, feelings, and priorities." I am terrible at boundaries but maybe this is a lesson I need to learn. Just some food for thought.
