Notes of a Mediocre Homemaker - BIrd Calling Card

I personally think seagulls are out to get me. I was actually pooped on this past year as I walked into the dollar store.  People told me it was good luck.  I don't know about that.   I saw the below on my front window.

Do you think it is a sign?  I think it looks like a giant bird smudge.  No birds were harmed in the making of this post.  The bird flew away.
