Loaf Update
It was a 4 loaf week. I got an additional Lodge cooker so I am able to do 2 at a time. As the weather heats up this is nice to not have the oven running so long. I need to work on scoring my loaves but otherwise they turned out great.

Air Fryer Donuts - I feel like donuts are so 2019. My favorite donut place went out of business. Donuts haven't been the same since. I might give these a shot this coming week.
