This vase is inspired by the start of school and the over abundance of cheap school supplies. The sunflower is from my garden. This is simply pencils lined around a straight drinking glass and held on with two hair bands.

I am sure rubber bands would work as well and would be more in the theme of "back to school." I of course couldn't find two rubber bands so I used hair bands.
